		<description>Thanks for making my blood boil this morning :) It&#039;s amazing that if you do a PubMed search for all these treatments you find almost nothing and most of what you find is critical or at best ambivalent.  Yet the pushers of these treatments claim remarkable effectiveness in treatment.  Now there may be some benefits in devising coping strategies for dyslexia and other specific learning disabilities using the methods outlined in these courses but the only way to determine effectiveness is, of course, trials.  But why have trials when you can charge Â£1500 without them?</description>
